Well its time to tell all, the weight I lost, and how I did it.

First and for most I was under a lot of stress, full time student at school, full time mother with her husband gone all week on the road.(He is over the road trucker). I felt I lost my husband, my children, my routine was completely off. I was a mess, so it was no wonder I had what some people would call a nervous break down... thus is what lead to my rapid weight loss I think.
First of all with an illness with my sinus's, that didn't help me want to eat let alone feel like eating I felt like I was choking on everything or at the least getting it stuck in my throat. It wasn't a good feeling. So that begun the rapid weight loss I wasn't eating at first very well if at all.
I was the type of person, for the last I would say 8 years maybe more, to go to the gas station grab a pop, chocolate candy bar, and head home and eat that for breakfast, every day for 8 + some years. Talk about gaining weight right there was a big huge problem. So when suddenly starting to go to school, and not eating chocolate candy bars and pop once twice maybe a day, that would make a huge difference right there. I still lose weight because I still don't eat that much if at all any chocolate and or pop. I do every now and again once or twice a week have ice cream with chocolate syrup, and a pop once a week. However I have limited that as well. I didn't realize that I completely out of the blue just stopped, didn't think about it. Then adding home cooked or processed foods in to my diet, like the fish stick or chicken nugget t.v. dinners for lunch and dinner, and oatmeal for breakfast. I was with out thinking changing my diet and not wanting nor craving those junk foods anymore.

So how did I actually do it, when you stop adding sugars and junk to your diet your body may take a switch. It may even feel worse at first, headaches from the caffeine withdrawals, or stomach aches from the no junk food being eaten. But After a few days to a week, those feelings go away. You start to feel better, healthier, more a live then ever. You don't have to cut sugar completely out of your life, just control it better. People say if you just took the candy/chocolate and the pop out of your life right there alone will make you lose weight by itself with out doing any exercise at all. I know that to be true as I have not exercised once while I was losing any of this weight. I was losing 2-3 lbs a day people.
It got scary at first cause I didn't realize what was causing it to happen as I did not notice that I took that out of my life the pop and chocolate. I stopped eating out, I stayed home and cooked meals mostly T.V. Dinners, and frozen dinners.
Once I got more comfortable with eating again, after I figured out what was causing my illness (my sinuses). I started adding more foods to my diet, including hamburger helpers/Tuna Helpers, then going to McDonalds once twice a week. Now when I went to McDonalds I didn't order and still do not to this day order Big macs anymore no I do not. I order the kids mighty meal mostly the chicken nugget meal, sometimes I ll order the number 12 chicken nugget meal rarely but sometimes.
I will eat out now more comfortable but I control my portions I like buffets mostly because I can CONTROL what I put on my plate, I make sure my eyes NEVER are bigger then my stomach. I make sure I have a spoon full of certain foods, potatoes, chicken or fish, or noodles and sauce, or a slice of pizza or a little of each mentioned. Its not what you eat its how much of what you eat. I even have ice cream for dessert. I have a small bowl no more the a scoop and 1/2 if that and then the chocolate syrup on top. Not to much however.
Your worse-st enemy in a diet is yourself. Do not beat yourself up if you mess up, or eat to much once in a while or forget. You must however use will power, that is your best friend, don't think of will power as your enemy. Become one with yourself and your own will power, it is what will help you get through your mind games you will find playing with yourself to get through it.
Above all you have to be serious. I do not wish anyone to lose weight the way I did because of being sick and unable to eat the way I was. I only wish for you to rethink your portion sizes when you do eat, eat less always add if need be if your still hungry, eat till your not hungry anymore not until your full. Eat before 6:30 pm every night and snack very little there after, a few cheeto chips at night won't bother you as a snack or crackers, it doesn't have to be nasty snacks eat something you like to snack on but eat less then what you usually would eat.
Thus a great way to start on your journey of weight loss, don't get discouraged, don't think of it as a diet, think rather a change of your life eating style. In fact never call it diet again, call it a eating life style change.
