Once again I find my self Behind in my blog!

If I have anyone out there, still reading my blog, I know I had several readers before.
However I can not say that I blame you if you have left me lol. Time moves quickly when you
are a full time working Manager and mother, as well as running my owner business on the side in your spare time.
All in all however that is all besides the point. I feel and update is required, I am currently on Vacation and
well thus far I am enjoying it.
My husband and I took a vacation together, yes we plan on leaving to go some where,
However we both agreed our money would be better spent putting it into our home on things that we have only
dreamed about, Up until now. We have started to lay rock in our back yard, in the garden of Snakes. Yes I said it,
I have a whole back yard of Gardner Snakes I began calling the back yard "REPTILE GARDENS" If anyone knows
about REPTILE GARDENS, it is a little zoo just for Reptiles. (link:http://www.reptilegardens.com/)
Located in the heart of the Black Hills in Rapid City SD. Wonderful place if I do say so myself.
In any event, I thought all my snakes moved on as there was so many I could not help but run them over
with the mower by ACCIDENT, And hadn't seen any for a few weeks. Yesterday though I cam across a baby
and well I was a little happy to know at least one was left behind. To carry on Big Daddy's job. Big Daddy
I have not seen for a few weeks but he has been in my yard every year we have been here since 2012. However just
a week or two ago he seemed to move on as all his family had been mowed. I had like 6-7 Huge Snakes and I sadly killed
about 4-5 of those huge ones with the mower as I was mowing. I mow once to twice a week mind you. Big Daddy is the father of most
if not all those huge snakes in my yard. He has to be to have so many out there and he lives under my cement side walk near
the Garage. Mama Snake I believe is one of the many I mowed over. Maybe he went in search for a new mama.
Anyway back to my landscaping.
My husband and I got a estimate on how much it would cost to have someone come into our home and fix up the Garden area by leveling it out
and then placing Rock, The guy said 300 dollars, not bad considering. However we have a whole house we would rather put that money into replacing gutters
and nicks that the Hell storm put in some of our siding and windows panes last year. So we went to Home Depo, and bought a couple of bags of limestone rock, we leveled and cleaned
out that garden by ourselves, and placed the two bags. It became quick knowledge it would take a lot of those bags at $3.99 a bag to fill that garden area up (21 bags cost about 150.00).
So the person that I am, I saved some money and contacted a business and went right to the source for the rock. Concrete Materials, Hubby and I went and
bought a quarter ton of Lime stone rock from them got the pick up loaded with the rock went home and started shoveling it into the Garden. We still have to go get more rock,
A quarter ton of rock only cost us 22.95, Considering the money we saved it was a great decision going to get more today and finish off the 2 feet we have left to fill, However
we are buying still another quarter ton, so that we can lay the rock into the area where my air conditioner is so that it will be nice again to.
I appreciate the fact the hubby and I can take a vacation and work together to put into our home a forever little peace of heaven we will always enjoy.. Knowing we did it
together and by ourselves just brings that much more pride we have in our home and ourselves. Yes My husband is not much of a DIY guy, but I am. Though he may roll his eyes at
me in the beginning of our forever adventure of making our home a beautiful little piece of heaven right here in our home, he looks at me with his grin at the end and says,
"We worked hard today Mommins," and I can see a twinkle of pride and enjoyment in his eyes. Knowing he did it, and actually enjoyed it. Now I will tell you
this rock garden was his project, he wanted to do, he even says "You just want to do my project and take the credit."I can not help but laugh with him, because he thinks these things
but when it comes to actually doing it, it is always like I am pulling and pushing him to do it, but when he gets his start in the project there is no turning back. He gets it, he
does it, and enjoys it. Then he walks around like he's the man all week that is fine, I love that about him.
He tells me I am his rock, I push him to do the things he wants to do, where people always say I am going to, and never gets to it. I am the one solid in his life, that will actually push him
to make his dreams come true. At the end of the day, he knows I have his back. But at the end of the day, I always ask myself, doesn't he understand that he is my solid, my reason to want to be
better, do better, love better and to help him achieve what he wants in his life. I am a go getter if you tell me you want something done, or just want something, He and the children are my soul reason that I push for it. Make sure that it happens, because at the end of the day, if you just talk about it, you will never get it done. A great man always told me " Don't push off tomorrow what you can do today." (RIP — Wayne T.) He was right its in the mind set, if you want it done it'll get done, But if all you want to do is talk then it never will be.

I ll post pictures once all is done, of our great work that we have done. Now realize it is not professionally done, but in my eyes it is just as beautiful as if it were. I also want to mention
that we have so much more we want to do in that yard, however I told myself and Husband that it need not all be done at once, but as time goes by as we get older this home, we will enjoy more as we do more together.
